When I&#8217;m away from work, I find that &#160;mindful exercise like Tai Chi keeps me on the  healthy track. But when co-workers put out that &#8220;friendly&#8221; tray of doughnuts  and coffee, it can be tough to see the virtue in a plate of fresh vegetables.  If I remember that food is fuel and that a varied diet is a key to feeling  better and working better, I may have the strength to walk on by.
